Hi Gaurav, just checked your website, the idea looks interesting. Reminded of my good old college days when I was trying to do something similar. I had written a few blog posts (at that time) discussing what I was trying and some things about booting a virtual machine, creating virtual hard disks etc. You can find the posts here: http://techfreaks4u.com/blog/posts/tag/kernel/.
