Hmm, interesting maneuver. Have 391 do his station work while 392 waits at
the holding signal at Hillcrest. Then 391 backs into the south end of the
siding (which is just south of Bradley Ave.). After 391 clears in the
siding, No. 392 gets the signal at Hillcrest to come into town. After 392
goes north, 391 gets to go south.
