The dispatcher was apologetic to the two trains.  She might of let 392
clear Tolono because 391 was far enough (so she thought) so they could
meet at the Champaign yard (without any backing up).  But, speedy Jim in
391 made it to Champaign quicker than she thought.

*Hmm, interesting maneuver.  Have 391 do his station work while 392 waits at
*the holding signal at Hillcrest.  Then 391 backs into the south end of the
*siding (which is just south of Bradley Ave.).  After 391 clears in the
*siding, No. 392 gets the signal at Hillcrest to come into town.  After 392
*goes north, 391 gets to go south.
