Actually, it happens all of the time.  For example:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]


Now, it is pretty pointless to give each entry a unique name or unique
nickname, since it is simply two people with more than one email address
each.  The unique database column should not be tied directly to the
name and email address data, but should instead be tied to something
like an index number or "Home, Work, School, Other" for each contact,
so repeated contacts can have multiple different email addresses with
the same first and last names and no nicknames/etc.
