Hi ,
This can happen if U kill app individually ( i mean not
properly) can create duplicate inode.
When system first gave problem then must give U prompt for root
to do maintenace , at that time enter and do manual
fsck.
try manualy doing fsck /dev/hdaXX on relevant
partition and correct fs.
This problem may be coming due to corrupted file system, due
to multiple or dup inodes. so do fsck and see that
U can correct Ur fs.
