[ilug-cal] Web based e-mail provider

Hi!

I am looking for a good, FREE, Web-based e-mail provider.
Any advice/ suggestions/names are welcome.
My mail volume is low, typically less than 20 KB every day.
Is hotmail.com good?
Are there better ones?
