Try downloading Vmware or WIne, Wine stands for
Windows emulator ....though i have no experience with
WINE. ..Vmware is good and u can run windows program
from within linux .....though its a bit heavy on
system resources.

And if u just want to access the files of win95
partition mount it using the mount command to any
directory like /tmp/mnt....
the command should be like "mount /dev/hda1 /tmp/mnt"
here hda1 means primary hard disk partition 1 ....in
ur case it may differ ....try hda2 hda3 hda4.....and
it should work.....
and if u have two hard disks .....then try mounting
hdb or hdc
