Is'nt it possible to get a laptop in at least, as Soumyadip suggested?
That shouldnt take up too much space???!!! Also is it even possible to
get a laptop in the first place?

There is something wrong in the calculations pk....it comes to 1000/-
per head for 16 volunteers and 2000/- per head for 8 volunteers.100/- or
even 200/- per head is a realistic figure, and I would imagine, is fine
enough, but 1000/- isnt everyone's cup of tea, especially with so many
students in the group.
