I am planning for a 24pin 80column dot-matrix printer. Available models are: Epson LQ 300+ and TVSE MSP 240 Now, can anyone tell me, if I can use them in Linux? The thing that happened with a Umax Astra 2000P scanner was not good at all. I could not make it work under Mdk9, though it works fine under Win-s. Maybe my gluxpertise lacked there. Is there anyone who will be able to suggest me things with these printers? dipankar das
