for the records .. the 2 others helping sumeet were just what
sumeet says .. volunteers .. answering the call for help in
setting up the meeting .. grouping these 3 as a group/gang is
irrelevant
is 2nd saturday ok by all ?
till some time back 2nd sunday or the saturday before that was
the "DECISION" of the attending majority (which barely reached
dbl digits .. now we have a much larger group to consider)
in view of changed circumstances (and my feeling is that this
change is not reversible .. with the rising popularity of linux
and its apps) .. calling another meeting on 4th sat of march 2003
sound right
tho i would propose that this 'extra' meet could be used for
stock taking of things emanating from compass experience .. we
need to discuss, talk, evaluate, learn and see the different view
points (not differing .. just different) .. so that we can handle
events which pop up .. like the AC event
revised agenda :

outreach program.

ADD : [*] sameeksha of ilug cal's compass2003 effort and
lessons/guidelines which can be framed from that
[*] meeting venue needed .. try to fix that .. or the
parameters for the venue
