Hi,
Sumeet's idea of meeting in a park sounds good to me. This would work
great if there's a substantial turnout. But I have a backup option. If
any other venue doesn't turn up, my place near Ruby Hospital (no, you
don't have to go anywhere near Heritage) can be used.
As far as space is concerned, there are some issues to be handled. My
place is not that big, but the good thing is that I don't have much
furniture around and I can remove the existing ones if needed. If the
members can adjust themselves on the floor, may be the space can be
utilized. I am very bad at estimating, so it would be better if someone
comes here and does a review. Mr. Sharma can easily do that, as he stays
in Bengal Ambuja (if I am right!) which is minutes away from my place.
Also, talking about an open space, there is a playground in our complex
which can be used well too!!
But, there's a big bad *but* here. I will not be available on the 22nd.
Any other day will work. So ...opinions?
