Frankly speaking in my personal experience ILUG is like indian
railway's 3rd class compartment,I am already member of *MSDN
developer Network (MSDN yatra)*, and *WEBSPA (web service
provider association) *but these two groups are too much familier
they always co-operate with each other, both the groups are always

All the members tell to contact via email but they do not reply quickly

well yes that is actually a good analogy. lug-s *are* like 3rd class compartments. they are for common folk, something everyone can afford, and not elitist like msdn or whatever. if that doesn't suit you, you are not suited to linux, and an early parting of ways will be better than a late disappointment. and please understand that luggers are volunteers, not paid support people. they will reply as and when they can or feel like it. we try to be friendly, but we aren't ready to hold hands all the way. i gave you a decent answer and a satisfactory one. if it didn't satisfy you, too bad. for prompt service, employ one of your hirelings.
okay I am not disclose my identity, but i am in company as a EDP Manager.
hmmm not impressed. do you really believe your corporate standing will have luggers bobbing at your beck and call? you're headed for trouble if you keep taking taking yourself so seriously.
