Ta-da! XVNC!!! ( http://xvnc.sourceforge.net/ ). It works great! Or
atleast used to work great 2 years back.

Btw, I have a related question. I want to create a X client terminal
workstation. I know this is possible, but cant figure out how exactly
to do it. What i want to do is to configure my X server to accept
certain ips as X clients. These client ips should be able to boot up
to log in to the server pc directly and use its resources. I know
xdmcp aims at something like that, but I cant get it to work properly
and with a lot of major distros shifting from xfree86 to xorg and the
new kernel changing quite a few things, I cant find a good howto.
Anyone who can guide me with this?
