oops .. please treat these as NOT part of the minutes :

> After the meeting, we had a technology tour in P.Ks
> residence where he demonstrated
> all the innovative things he has done in his home lab.
> Some of which we are
> going to show in COMPASS.

to get a digicam working thru a pcmcia card, we went up to my place where
the h/w was being located .. one thing led to another .. and saugata, a mani
and sdg have a real life tour of pklabs1 and pklabs2 with all the kachra and
idea skeletons .. some implementations .. and lots of tablet pc's shown too
..

this is not a part of our 'meeting' .. hence the clarification

also :

the idea of using some tablet pc's to show :
"> LTSP (1 server and P.K.'s tablet PCs as terminals)"

is an idea .. which might get implemented if nobody finds fault with it ..
the main server would be a desktop and tablet pc's .. low power 486dx2 thru
higher power p1 133 mhz multimedia with 10.4" tft diagonal touch screens as
terminals coule be used

..piikay
