Someone mentioned VOIP is legalised in India. True. But not for landing on a
Indian phone line as per the Telegraph Act.
Also, its not just VSNL or FLAG, its BSNL too, which is installing
hardware's for detecting 'Landing' call completion calls to India, after the
Reliance fiasco.
So really 'beware'. Being a a small 'prey' makes more difficult to get out
of any legal troubles, IMO.
