Many thanks to PK for bringing up this all-important topic. I would like
to invite discussions, arguments and counter arguments on this. IMO, we
need to ask the following questions:

0> what SHOULD our objective be ? <=== important

1> What is our objectives?

2> Who is the audience?

3> How do we address them? and

4> What do we gain out of this?

May I request PK, Saugata, Soumyadip, Arijit, Prosun, Mani, Jaybrata,
RVK, Dipankar-da and all the other members to come across with their
opinions and comments.

This may be perhaps the most important email in our group.

Pipointed focussing is vital to be on the same wavelength

i have added question ZERO as i feel that all efforts are moves from :

WHAT IS

 to

WHAT WILL BE

we have to always consider that we must work with the resources that present
themselves and we CAN'T have all the resources that we need

So the Zero question is a zero result on the ground and only a pointer

Question ONE is the stark reality

i would also include Tathagat, Prof Mans, hizbiz, RK, arup, jpm, archan,
amitabh, alok, sayamindu, anirban, sankarshan to pip in .. this is not
important .. it is VITAL .. so that the current flows in the same generic
direction. It is not important that its a trickle, flow, tide or tsunami of
a move. It is not important to decry other's efforts. It IS important that
the right thing is done. The right to do the right is right.

(err .. should that be 'duty' .. naah ! .. we don't like doing duty .. we
like having right, using right .. alright then .. no duty, the right to do
right be rightly done ! Let the walk .. err .. talk .. begin .......... and
end also .. )

..piI
