I would like to know if someone can make the transcript of his speech available on the GNU website or on the LUG? Theres one from NIT, Trichy on GNU website [http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/nit-india.html]. So why not one from IIT, KGP too unless its forbidden by RMS or is a repetition of an earlier one?
