Each volunteer must be free to recommend his/her distro options.


2. Support - pks - clear and precise answers on what kind of help can be got from ilug-cal and from where



Why don't some of us form a light active support group for intending/new desktop users (with some support charges).


3. Membership - pks - no 'drive' as such .. but generally making people 'want' to join



4. Trends -
pks - generic trends which appear to be way to go as on that point of time




5. Pitfalls - pks - clearly informing the outer limits or capacities of things




Some h/w charts can be made. There are lots of people in the WBUT list I believe.

7. Contacts -
pks - clear pointers to list, website, people, meetings, chats




Some key indications should suffice.
