Hello Abhishek,
1. First of all make an ethereal bootable disk.
2. Boot the diskless computer with this bootable
disk.
So that the boot up will take place from the
kernel loaded in the Server...
Pls check the documentation on how to make such
type of ethereal bootable disk..
It definitely works, I had tried it few years
back...
