These maps are pretty good starting point. Can we get permission to use it?
To locate individual building on map we need maps with better resolution of around 1:1000 with every lanes, bylanes of the area. This is a detailed work and given the kind of property growth we have today, the map will require continious updation. IMHO such detl is best handled by allowing users to modify detailed map of their area. The maps uploaded by user may be tied to some known landmarks with authenticated NACS address. Other derived addresses may be classified as different level reliability.
