I think this (violent) approach or contacts will not work.
One needs to crack the system, the way it needs to be done.
Analyze the fault.
1. R u getting dialtone ? If NO, then catch the local exchange DE-Extl
and lodge the complain.
2. If r u getting dialtone ? Go to NIB at Telephone Bhawan - BBD BAG and
catch the DE-Internet or his subordinates.
Anything else will be a waste.
