A number of people are looking for some training in using GNU/Linux. Though what they want is a user-level training, many of them are looking for something a bit more advanced than understanding the wordprocessor and spreadsheet in GNU/Linux -- things like HTML editors, internet configuration, a bit of command line, installation, etc. They may be willing to pay a moderate fees too. Can we undertake this? All of them are currently Windoze users, though a few of them may be slightly familiar with GNU/Linux. We may need to arrange some machines (maybe a school lab?). And we may have to conduct this during evenings or on Sundays. Since some bank employees also are there, it has to be on bank holidays. We can, possibly, have a one-day session on a Sunday and give them live CDs that they can try at home so that they can come the next Sunday with questions. What do people think?
