The idea is a good one to make it feasible we will need
1. A computer lab at feasible timings after 5.00pm and on Sundays also in
city limits
2. There should be a syllabus showing the outline of whats going to
be covered and who can attend and what will they learn
after attending the class.
3. Although free as in freedom a very few would volunteer, rest needs
to be given good remuneration. Even volunteering would be a bad idea
as of me cause it does not undergo any commitments. Doing such an
initiative will require punctuality, quality and commitment.
IMHO to make it work out the teachers and /or experts in the group can make
a outline of the syllabus and then generate enough contents/presentations
and we can host it in our website, and then we invite engg college students
or any one interested to look at the content prepare themselves and take
classes; and we can pay them on hourly basis. ( for students it will be an
added pocket money or a part time job)
