I am not blaming the tool. I posted the problem and the ultimate solution I
got is "reinstall your system". I am using so many python and perl libraries
for different projects. I dont know the names of all these libraries now.
Simply backing up my data and reinstalling the distro mens is not a possible
solution for a developer. A desktop user may satisfied with this. So why I
told the matter in such a way. I am not blaming any distro. I am using three
distros right now "Ubuntu" Fedora" and "CentOs". IF upgrades are not
preferable the distro is not good for developers. That is all the meaning.
