I am using so many python and perl libraries for different projects. I dont know the names of all these libraries now. Simply backing up my data and reinstalling the distro mens is not a possible solution for a developer. A desktop user may satisfied with this. So why I told the matter in such a way. I am not blaming any distro. I am using three distros right now "Ubuntu" Fedora" and "CentOs". IF upgrades are not preferable the distro is not good for developers. That is all the meaning. -- ********************************** JAGANADH G http://jaganadhg.freeflux.net/blog --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ "Freedom is the only law".
