Both Virtualbox and Wine are good softwares which provides the best possible Virtualization and Emulation, (I don't know if others exists in case of Wine). Using Wine is not a good practice as Prasad and Ashik said. But when someone can't find a replacement for his favourite Windows based application ( and can't even wait for the 'gnu- compilation' of the same ), I suggests using wine rather than the flint-stone age bloated WINDOWS O.S itself inside Virtualbox. Using just the proprietary windows application or the damn O.S itself......Which is better buddies...? :) If all others suggests using Windows on Virtualbox then what is the point in Ashik's post :) ? I didn't suggested Wine, rather I suggested it over using Windows on Virtualbox.....I uses a dual boot system without any WinX and I uses Virtualbox in Koala for testing purposes right now on my personal computer. And I'm not using wine ;)
