Me also got same issues many times and i once mentioned about that in linux groups. Billing complaints and service issues are a common factor among them. I am staying in Vattappara and here i know three customers has same problem as frequent disconnection. They treid a lot still they cant rectifiy it. At last they saying its modem complaint , but who provided this modem. We gave complaint to exchange many times. At last they saying its due to complaint of linux os me using , but when i asekd about other complaint they saying its telephone line problem. In this way they are giving false excuses and providing cheap customer service. But in biling no lagging and regular billing. So never take their service if u can . -- "Freedom is the only law".
