1.2Mbps actual speed is not something i can afford to lose, at 500Rs/month. BSNL is good in its constitution.Technology is also not bad. Its just some of the people inside, playing Kings. My problem is denial of a valid offer which I claimed in white paper. Problem is the BSNL officer taking it a lil personnel? @Vishnu VG : I think its more positive to grab your rights, than "never take their service"
I want to give stress to the fact that: 1) *Beware, BSNL billing is not accurate*. 2) They would waive extra bill, *only if you plead specifically* for it 3)* *I went four times to the office,with more technical papers, *each time getting my bills discounted more*. I got a months fixed charge waived. then another. then around 15% of usage charges. then even more. All these *discounts were legall*,and they knew these options exist. *but they wont allow it.*All the options were presented to them authentically, which they had objected earlier with technical aspects, but stated atlast, tht its some *GM's instruction*. Gross Malfunction. I couldnt wait to reap the maximum possible, as i wanted reconnection as early as possible.Also i dont want being pondered on the content i downloaded, even though it is a far chance. 4)Tools which would help in monitoring of connection is avilable in BSNL site. 3rd party tools available, some of it are outdated. Thers is an option to get Usage alerts as SMS to any mobile phone. *n*) this could happen to anyone, *I posted it as a notice*.and it could be a blow if its goin to be in the scale it happened to me , for a student. I had a total billed payment of around 5K, intersting is that it was waived to more than Half.
