The current server setup is

Intel quad core processor 4x 2 x 2.5
Harddisk space 250GB SSDx 2 + 1TB SATA x2 RAID 1
24 GB RAM / RIPE 16 IP Block
Backup space on remote server ( Only daily and incremental back up)
Running Centos 64 bit /php5.5/mysql/Apache/Python etc
If the forum gets bigger there is option to quickly add more space /
more servers . Cloud option.

I have 4-5 websites running on the server.
Only drawback is current server is in a European Data Center. I would
have loved to have it hosted on an Indian Datacenter, but datacenter
costs in India are unreal.

Proposed Software
-------------------------
Drupal / Mailman. Drupal has a module which works seamlessly with
Mailman.
The whole setup will take 7 days to implement . If we want to go
ahead , I would love to get some help with CSS, design and User
interface.

@Ashik Django is more a framework than a CMS and would it involve more
updating plus more time for implementation , plus constant updating .
