These are some of the colleges I know about: 1. Model Engineering College, Ernakulam (I think they were the first to migrate) 2. MES College, Kuttippuram 3. Government Engineering College, Thrissur 4. Barton Hill Government Engineering College, Thiruvananthapuram 5. NSS Engineering College, Palakkad These are some of the names I remember right now of colleges I think are using FOSS, though I don't know to what extent.
