Man, Women lack strategic mindset? ;) Did you know that even the best of Gods/men have to learn strategy from women? Do you know that Chankya's efforts at capturing the kingdom kept on failing until a woman feeding roti to her child joked and a spy carried this information to Chanakya who then figured out the folly and won? Whether or not that helps in open source is an altogether different matter.
