i never said that ilugc.in will not work properly. i said ilugc.in is in
kind of beta now(not a completed product.)
I have been developing everything on the local machine. i do have the
staging server and all sorts of dev. env. which everyone uses.

I disagree with your statement. i use free software at work and at home. you
cannot judge one's spirit on the mailing list. i have never refused people
who are coming forward to contribute. people who came to me just gave
suggestions and left. they are not in a position to sit and work. most of
the time, they dont want to do what needs to be done. they want to do what
they like to do. i have refused only those people. It is common in free
software development that you aim for some thing. if some one comes with
different aim, would you accept that?

lol. i am using Drupal which is FOSS using by NASA and other big shots. do
you think it will be unsafe / frequently hacked?

what do you mean by our name? i am part of ChennaiLUG and i am continued to
be part of.

For everyone who are laughing at me,

how can you say that i have no right? i have every right to do the design. i
have informed about site status now and then.
sure. i will start a thread and ask for opinions.

come on. its not my site first of all. i have never announced it as a
official one. FYI, i am not misusing the group name by putting anything
wrong in it. go check the website content first before telling anything.

what do you mean by true FOSS manner? can you explain?

As previously mentioned several times we have plenty of space on NRC-FOSS

its not about hosting the site. its about making it for people to use it.
have you ever found that chennailug.org is down? it was down because of the
renewal. as i said before, i do not own the domain at all. i have no clue
who owns it.
