Thanks for taking your time in this. s.sivakumar chennai Hello Mr. Sivakumar On Thunderbird desktop client(6.0 or 7.0), choose Tools-Account Settings-service settings-Leave Message on server check box(can either be ticked or not ticked according to your option) or leave blank.
