We expect staff to be sincere, and dedicated, with a willingness
to learn new technology and developements

Not all students can get into IITs. There are only so many
seats per year. But every college has professors. If people are not
interested in teaching, they better not spoil 4 years of a students
life.

No one always wants experienced staff. All we want is people
with the right attitude and dedication. It is not easy to find such
staff these days. How many among the professors really know what the
flags in the TCP header are for ? How many staff really know how an OS
actually boots? These are stuff that a staff MUST know.Thanks.
