Not all staff members a re sincere and dedicated. But this is the scenario
in all industries. If u think Education is a industry where every one
should be dedicated, i am sorry. that decade is long gone. but i have seen
few staff members still trying to bring that back.

I am sorry not all colleges have professors. just make a study about how
many colleges in tamilnadu have professors. Also if u dont want people who
r not interested in teaching, i am sorry to say this 75% of teaching staff
will have to resign.
No one always wants experienced staff. All we want is people
