I would reccomend oDesk too. Also try elance.com. These sites collect money
from the client and pay the freelancer. If its an hourly job, odesk even
guarantees payment. But most jobs on these sites are web related - a lot of
php / wordpress / magento / javascript jobs. But worth giving a try.
