HI,

What if I am unable to deliver the project in stipulated time period
*You do not receive any payment. *

What if the client does not transfers money ?
*You need to fix internal of deliver which is called milestone. Based on
that you can ask payment if client is happy with work. Good work always
make you to pay.*

How one states that the project delivery is complete as we are just only
two people in contact - if the client steps back?
*I am not clear with this.*

>From where can I get all required software / hardwares if required?
*It is upto you to focus type of project you plan to work. *

Who generally tests the software?
*In general not required.*

What if there is a requirement change?
*When client changes scope of work. You will get notification on this. You
can send proposal again.*

What if I won the bid but later change mind not to pursue on the project
What are the legal implications we need to go into with the client?

* -- Read T&C of each site. Moreover all freelance website have similar
