1.try to find if the card is detected properly from the /etc/sysconfig/hwconf Let me know what is procedure of detection in this directory --------------------------- and check if a grabber is available (lspci also can be helpful) ok ------------------------ 2.bttv mod is inserted or not - Also please guide for this in detail ------------------------- 3.also have u cross checked if ur card is supported or not...afaik Bt878 works I am sure bt878 chipset is 100% supported in Mandrake/Redhat. Only let me know what could be the card and tuner type for Intex tv tuner card with bt878 chipset. Which tv tuner card (brand) u r using. If yours working fine with all keys of your keyboard, pl. send me a copy of your /etc/modules.conf file. ok . thanks i worked on redhat 8 not mandrake..dnt know the path of hwconf...u need to figure out tht I think there is not much diff in mandrake or redhat only configuration tools are little bit of difference.
