Pinky: Gee, Brain, what are we going to do on 18th of July?

Brain: The same thing we do 3rd Sunday : try to take over the world!!!

(With apologies to the two mice)

With great pleasure I would like to invite you all to the Linux Delhi meet on July
18, Sunday, 2004 . The venue of the meet is the eSys Office Okhla Indl Area Phase
(Directions on how to reach there are below)

There is _NO_ entry fees to attend this meet. You do not need to know any secret
password to enter. Just walk in.

This meet is a Open Forum, where anyone can ask a question and anyone can provide an
answer. For example, you can ask questions on Playfair, Copyleft, CD distributions,
Open Office, tricky software installs, networking and security.

However, to have a semblance of order in the meeting, the following will be the formal
agenda of the meet

- Satyakam Goswami (known as dingo on the irc channel) will be giving a demo of the
Xandros distribution. If you want to have a demo of your favorite distribution (take
the hint debian/gentoo worshipers), then do drop in a mail.

- How does ILUGD work i.e. how the decisions are made and who is the final authority
of appeal. The discussion on societification will also be done.

- CD distribution Infrastructure update if the participants are present?

- Newbie questions and answers on OpenOffice Tricks, Email Clients

- General Process for installation, configuration of software

- Usual Free Software vs Proprietary Software discussion
