the hint debian/gentoo worshipers), then do drop in a mail.
- How does ILUGD work i.e. how the decisions are made and who is the final authority
of appeal. The discussion on societification will also be done.
- CD distribution Infrastructure update if the participants are present?
- Newbie questions and answers on OpenOffice Tricks, Email Clients

Filename:nkCMS-0.5.tar.gz Size:810597
Date:Jul 27, 2004
This is the first public release of nkCMS - the code name for ILUG-D website code.
nkCMS is yet another CMS, but with a difference. It attempts to consolidate most
common and desirable needs of the online communities, into one single, easy to set up,
system. nkCMS caters to most online communities, but it is specially geared towards
LUGs (Linux user Groups) and alumni associations. It integrates all the major features
like the Events Calender, Picture Gallery, Online News Submission, Discussion Forum,
Quiz, Online Polls, and the list goes on...and on.
nkCMS is a template driven system and uses HTML::Template to provide a consistent look
all across the application. It is written in Perl and uses mySQL as its database.
Though it is presently tested only on Linux platform, plans are underway to port it to
other platforms as well....
