dear all,

this article is highly stimulating. in essence, should the
electromagnetic spectrum become open source? the dilemma is classic:
are governments/agencies auctioning pebbles on a seashore like a
scarce commidity, or is the 'tragedy of commons' if you oversell a
lake for fishing?

i just *love* the idea of electromagnetic radiation being free from
all auctioning or selling.

is it scarce? is it abundant? my take is simple: EMR has been here
long before humans, and will be here long after humans, or even the
solar system disappears.
mankind looks real silly auctioning EMR.

i hope one day, EMR auctions mankind.

hehehehhee

:-)
