sudev, did you notice how the article mentions the sweeping revolutino
that wi-fi and other "garbage" spectrum bands have brought about, only
because they were just given away? how people set up repeater nodes
and stuff to increase the range of the high-frequency EMRs that cannot
penetrate walls and basements. the article mentions imagining the
revolution a prime band, such as a long radio wave, could be made
'license-free'. wow! i could receive radio signals carrying TCP/IP, or
human voice, or data, from anywhere...

so what's next. car-bumper stickers that say 'Save Electromagnetic
Radiation' or something? equally bizarre.
