Interesting. As technology progresses old dogmas should yield, only an active governance can try to see the future and become people enabler, creating a environment of inventiveness. OR suppress and perpetuate the "Raj" (while chanting otherwise) and always look for "buying" technology that we can ill afford, using money that could improve the nation.
