Then that means if... I'm downloading X from Y & initial burst got me Z bytes of data. 1> I can start a new TCP connection that starts from Z+1 to "end of next burst" then just stop after that. 2> Go back to step 2 to start a new TCP burst for X If i can manage this loop, i can get my data at 40-50 kbps, averaging about 40kbps???
