If I've understood your problem correctly then you have a machine which can
access internet using SOCKS servers running on multiple machines.

Your Machine --->------------->Socks Server on Machine B ----------------->
Router/Firewall ------> Internet

-------------->Socks Server on Machine C---------
I guess above diagram illustrates the situation of your setup. In this case
you can use a dispatcher system before socks servers and allow the
dispatcher system to do load balancing for your connection. I've not done it
myself but for the sake of it you can give LVS (
http://www.linuxvirtualserver.org) a try. Please do revert back if it helps
