Oh yeah I had forgotten about the headphone problem! Well I would rate the experience as close but not quite flawless then. Also I just saw a Dell Vostro 1014 on sale with Ubuntu on it at a shoppers stop in Delhi near Rajouri Gardens. Didn't have much time to check the details but it's a great option.
