Lets pick and choose the 10 highest priority issues that concern the
government policy wrt Software/IT, find creative solutions for each one
of them after considering "viable" alternatives.
Evolve a consensus on these issues across the OSS/Free software
community (in India for now) of various hues and shades.
We need to be very specific and must not generalize things.
