In order to make ILWIS 2.1/2.2/2.23 run under Windows NT/Me/2000 you
will need to install the latest hardlock driver. This can be done by
running HLDRV32.EXE, to be downloaded from:
http://www.itc.nl/ilwis/dev/support/download.htm
