In my case, it's not that $20.00, even in American Dollars, is so 
much to pay.  It the fact that it is rather difficult to get this 
kind of thing here in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.  I've never seen 
my local Mac dealer actually CARRYING such upgrades.  They usually 
have to order them in, and they overcharge for them, too.

Given that I have high bandwidth capability, I would FAR prefer to 
download, regardless of the cost of the CD.  Even if the CD were 
absolutely free, I would prefer the download simply because it would 
allow me to get the upgrade immediately.

But that's me.
