I watched. What do you call literally throwing his camera, the batteries
falling out, and someone having to fix it for him? I would have been upset
too. He should have gotten more sleep the night before. :><) 3 hours is
obviously not good for Stevie.

Come on Shawn, the pricing will be absurd. Just because it has gotten to
the point where that is feasible...that was the cube and a flat panel. Been
there, done that.
I'm sorry, a 17" iMac makes so much more sense. They would have to sell
the flat panel at or below cost to make it feasible. In addition, I don't
think it's a great idea that the cheapest new computer for Apple actually
has gone UP. I think this is the reason they don't have a $799 mac
anymore... to make it look better if and when they finally improve on this
design and have to "raise" the price. It's time to move on.

I won't play their first game this time...unless it is to find about 3
other friends who want to "upgrade". I still like the subscription idea
best. I would consider paying $150 a year for something like that...and I
could live with continuing to download the incremental "upgrades".
On the 4th incremental upgrade to OS X.0.4 I still don't have sound for my
external speakers and won't know if that is fixed with 10.1. I get
unexpected quits from Appleworks 6, supposedly Carbon among other things.
It's slow as Xmas at times and has too many glitches and I have mucho ram.
The potential is there, but OS X.1 better rock. Too many secrets and
surprises for me. I'll keep my eye on MacFixit come September.
