Hey Katey;
 The reason you are getting that -39 error is because you are losing your
connection through the download and the data gets corrupted! this is a
problem I had very often when I used aol! Their connections are very shaky
because of the amount of volume they have. I switched to earthlink and the
errors happen much less often now. Try connecting with different numbers,
and when you have large files to download try to download them if you can
at off peak hours, like the early morning or later at night?
